Luna the Little Cat Witch

With Halloween just around the corner, I’ve put in the effort to create a cute, slightly "cringey" outfit. I’ve optimized it for both "PC Poor" and "Quest" performance tiers, added AudioLink-reactive emissions, and incorporated a bit of color variety into the avatar.

The avatar doesn't have many features, but it functions almost identically on the Quest.
