Lumina - FT

Lumina was born in the Abyssal Dominion of Neryss, among the luminous coral gardens surrounding the Mirror Trench. From the moment she hatched, the currents seemed to answer her presence. Whale songs calmed at her approach, ancient Echoes gathered around her during meditation, and elders often found her quietly humming melodies that no living Nythari had ever been taught. Many believed she was destined to become one of the greatest Tidecallers of her generation. Instead, Lumina chose the surface.
She believed the sea could not remember what it had never known. Rather than spending her life listening only to the past, she traveled coastlines, sailed with merchants and explorers, learned the customs of countless peoples, and recorded ordinary moments she believed history often overlooked. A child's first song, a fisher's lucky charm, the recipe for a village stew—these, she insisted, deserved to be remembered just as much as kings and wars.
It was during one of these journeys that she met Arkha.
